Edit Folder Security

Security allows you to make a folder and its contents public or private. No is selected by default and means there are no restrictions and everyone can view this folder. Select Yes if you want to determine who can view the folder.

When you select Yes, Group and User lists will display. Select from either list.

Groups
This is a list of the sharing groups that are set up for this website. Select the group that you want to be able to view this folder.

Users
This is the list of individual users who have registered on your website. Check the box of the users that you want to be able to view this folder.

Check the Select All box to select all the users.

Checking the Apply this security to all pages added to this folder box will allow new pages created in this folder to inherit these sharing settings.

Click Save when you are finished. Click Cancel to return to the Page Manager.

Helpful Hint:
Selecting the Public group means there are no restrictions and everyone can view this page.
